HirePlanner.com is a growing HR Tech Start-Up in Japan. We are looking for motivated sales representatives to grow our presence in Japan and prepare to scale internationally. - Japanese and English Fluency
- 2-3 years sales experience a plus
- Solid organization and priotization skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong team spirit and ethics
- Curious and solution focused
- Ambitious, thick skin and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently, detailed oriented and result oriented
- Customer experience focused
- Bachelor degree
- Interest in Human Resources and Corporate Recruiting

- Drive sales performance and work as a team to reach monthly individual and team targets and KPIs
- Outbound email and phone calling to generate sales leads and qualify potential customers
- Manage robust pipeline of potential client opportunities, follow-up regularly with that pipeline through phone and e-mail, schedule sales visits, provide demo presentations and maintain at all times excellent customer experience.
- Provide training and customer support to all active customers and users of the Hireplanner.com platform
- Display creativity and ingenuity in presenting possible solutions when collaborating with customers and/or colleagues]
- Represent HirePlanner in a professional and responsible manner at all times when communicating with others both inside and outside the company
- Surprise and delight customers with excellence and innovative mindset
